Honoring Our Design

God created man in his own image; he created him in the image of God; he created them male and female. —Genesis 1:27

There’s a connection between revival and living out biblical womanhood. For most women, the issue of womanhood is the elephant in the room nobody wants to deal with. It’s the big hard things, the big sin issues, and the big attitude things. They cut so close to home and are against everything culture is telling us in terms of what our attitude should be, how we approach men, the way we interact, etc. I believe that as Christian women deal with this issue in a way that honors the Lord, ultimately revival will break out.

It will cause me to be renewed, and I will impact those in my sphere of influence. Because living your life as a woman isn’t about having a certain model to follow or adhering to a checklist. It’s about honoring our design as women and giving glory to our Creator. Ultimately, it’s about Jesus and not about us. It’s about displaying the gospel in a way that only a woman can.
