I pray that you . . . may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the length and width, height and depth of God’s love. —Ephesians 3:17–18
Throughout Scripture, there’s so much evidence of Jesus’ undeserved love! We could spend hours digging up treasure troves of God’s Word, looking up passages that point us to the reality of Christ’s love for us.
When I wasn’t looking for Jesus—dead in my crimes and sins, separated from God and without hope—He, out of His great love with which He loved me, took the punishment that I deserved and freed me from the slavery of sin. He gave me the faith to believe that His work in my place is enough and He opened the way for me to have fellowship with Him. He has given me the power I need to walk with Him and has made His Spirit dwell within me. He has caused me to be born again to a living hope reserved in heaven and has promised me a glorious eternity with Him.
Yes, Jesus loves me!
