Direction
Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth: Some people are born with a good sense of direction.
Man 1: Come on in. Did you find the house okay?
Man 2: Came straight to it.
Nancy: Others are more directionally challenged.
Woman: Sorry I’m late. I think my GPS had me driving in circles.
Nancy: I have virtually no sense of direction.
We’re all directionally challenged when it comes to decision making. Knowing God’s will for our plans, relationships, and responsibilities is a lot more important than finding an address. We need written instructions, and we have them in the Word of God.
Do you feel like you’re driving around in circles today? Let me suggest that you pray Psalm 5:8.
Man 3: “Lead me, O LORD, in your righteousness because of my enemies; make your way straight before me. For You bless the righteous, O LORD; You cover him with favor as with a shield.”
Nancy: Open the Bible, and get solid direction.
