Future Worshipers
Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth: My friend Rosaria came from a staunch pro-abortion background. And even after the Lord gave her a new heart, she was still in process.
Rosaria Butterfield: I was a Christian, but I was very uncomfortable with this pro-life rhetoric.
Nancy: One day Rosaria read this from Psalm 102:
Let it be recorded for a generation to come, so that a people yet to be created may praise the Lord (v. 18).
She called it “a moment of real undoing.”
Rosaria: I realized that the deep, deep atrocity of abortion was that there was an image-bearer of a holy God who was going to magnify and glorify God, who now would never do that.
Nancy: On January 22, 1973, one Supreme Court decision effectively silenced millions of future worshipers. We'd do well to consider . . . and mourn.
