Nancy: Seeking God for personal revival requires a level of honesty that might seem threatening at first. We’re used to covering our sin, but before we can experience revival, we’ve got to get honest about our true spiritual condition.
The psalmist said, “LORD… Who shall dwell on your holy hill? He who walks blamelessly and does what is right and speaks truth in his heart” (Ps. 15:1–2).
Are you speaking the truth in your heart? Ask God to help you be honest with Him about your true heart condition, as He sees it. That’s what it really means to be seeking Him.
