There will be no shortage of news to sift through on Election Day. That’s why Revive Our Hearts invites you to pause and shift your gaze toward Jesus—the One who reigns over every nation, election, and event.
Ready or not, this reality is impossible to avoid: Election Day in the United States is coming. Maybe for you, this day brings with it a rush of adrenaline. Perhaps you feel deeply burdened by the state of our country and the issues to be decided and your heart is heavy.
Regardless of how you feel, there will be no shortage of news to sift through on Election Day. That’s why Revive Our Hearts invites you to pause and shift your gaze toward Jesus—the One who reigns over every nation, election, and event.
Because “Heaven rules” (Dan. 4:26), we know that God is still on His throne no matter how the election turns out. Not a single event anywhere around the world is hidden from his watchful eye. We place our hope in Him today. We place our hope in Him every day.
Our prayer is that these resources will bring the peace of Christ to your heart and help you focus your eyes on His kingdom.

Though we encourage you to ground your heart in Bible-saturated content like what we’ve linked above, the most important thing we can do in response to the events happening in our nation and around the world is to pray. Join us in praying for our nation today:
Lord, we trust Your Word. You make nations great and You destroy them. You enlarge nations and You lead them away (Job 12:23). Lord, we pray that Your hand will be evident in our nation and the decisions that are being made each day. May those in the leadership of our country seek to govern according to Your Word and Your will. Above all, we ask that You send revival to our communities, our nation, and our world. Amen.
