Though she was on staff at a church, Lore Ferguson Wilbert was wrestling with doubt and confusion. She didn’t understand her sin, she felt that the Bible was a rule book, and she didn’t believe God was good. Then she came across a life-changing sermon. Lore was so moved, so desperate, that she quit her job and moved from New York to Texas in search of answers.
